2day went with crystal to klunch at cineleisure.
A china lady take down our order,n we order two chicken...
wait n wait n wait till around 12.30 i went out
of our room to ask,that lady, which gan hao came out
from the previous room tell me that theres no more
food we order, then ask us if we accept bread with
fish or wif chicken, we say ok unwillingly and order
two chicken, then wait n wait till 1.15 no one came
to serve food, then i press the service call, said
"we had waited so long and u all din serve us
food, if u all r not serving us food we will left at
2pm, what time will u all serve us" and she reply
i not sure what time cause we had problem in
the kitchen we will extend ur room time till we serve
u all food.wait again for 10mins another china lady came
to serve us but said we left no more chicken only fish
u all still wan."Of cause anything la no more le u still
expect us eat what.Then the bento set lunch hor really
is fu yan us manz: one fried fish with mayo, a little green
vege, two cream puff, little rice and a slice of orange cut
into three parts...ANGRY what service and food was that...
Crystal ask the lady to ask her manager come but she still
dare say manager go level 8...Finally manager came 5 mins
later, kanna lecture by us but this manager hor haiz also de
say what level 4 n level8 managed by a kitchen nia 2day din
expect to have so much people then kitchen food not enough
. 2day is wkend lei what din expect not so much pple.
The management really cannot make it manz...
But to apologise he give us extra two more drinks, sing till 2.40
but no one dare come in tell us time up.
